The Bottom Drawer eBook
The Bottom Drawer eBook deals with the serious topic of preparing for your death with a light, quirky, but respectful touch. This workbook has been in print for a few years. The author-publisher requested a fixed-format epub version that looks similar to the print edition. The client also requested an update to the cover design as well as promotional materials for their website and social media.

An Intriguing Deception
An Intriguing Deception is a historical romance, a fabulous adventure taking place in the Regency period. The brief was to design and typeset the book interior both for the paperback and the ebook editions, making sure that it’s genre-appropriate. The client also requested filigree book ornaments.

Guide to Colonial Yangon
Guide to Colonial Yangon is a niche travel guide that explores the remains of British Rangoon in today’s Myanmar. The brief was to design and create the book from scratch. This included cover, layout, bespoke street maps, as well as an index.

A Beachcomber in the Orient
A Beachcomber in the Orient is a fantastic travelogue from 1923 that deserved a great design. So it got a complete facelift – paperback and ebook design, a new cover, and illustrations.

A Vagabond in Barbary
A Vagabond in Barbary is another travelogue, originally published in 1930. I created the paperback and ebook design, a new cover, and a route map to showcase this rollicking adventure across North Africa in the roaring 20’s.

Sumatran Shadows
Sumatran Shadows is a fascinating family memoir spanning two centuries and three continents. The author-publisher requested print and ebook designs with a classic layout, as well as a cover design based on an old photo.
